At VELO Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unworn and have tags attached.
Initiate Your Request

Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all VELO tags intact to qualify for a successful return or exchange.
Package and Ship
Once your request is approved, securely pack the items and ship them back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.
Refund or Replacement
After our team verifies the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 5 to 7 business days.
